My only aim is that you are fully informed before you decide to join.

Isagenix International LLC started in 2002 and is based in Chandler Arizona.
The founders are Jim Coover, John Anderson, Kathy Coover
The company markets dietary supplements and personal care products.
They claim to have over 200,000 active associates and nearly 100 millionaires.

As an active associate, you will be given your own Personal copy of the Company Website.
Using the website provided, you will be able to do the following:-
Sell the Products & Isagenix Business Opportunity
Access Business Building Tools
In order to standout from the many thousands of other associates, I recommend that you also have your own blog/website.
BV = Business Volume
PV = Personal Volume
Active Status = 100BV within last 30 days
The cost to enrol & activate is $19 on Autoship. It includes the website, business tools and training.
Once you enrol your first associate, you will receive your e-Count Visa Card through the post.
The card gives you access to the weekly income in your Isagenix account
As an associate, you build two teams(Left Team & Right Team)
You will be pleased to hear that you earn income in five different ways…
1. Retail Profits(up to 50%)
You purchase products at the wholesale price and sell at retail via personal Website.
These sales are called Retail direct purchases.
The Company collects the funds, ship the products, credits you with the BV and places your income into your Isagenix account every week. YES, weekly payments!!!
2. Product Introduction Bonuses(PIB)
Everytime you introduce a new associate to the company you receive a Product Introduction Bonus(PIB)
How much PIB you receive will depend on your position and also the position of people in your teams.
3. Team Bonuses “Cycles”
You have to be a consultant to earn this bonus. 900BV creates a cycle and pays you $54.
To become a Consultant…
1. Purchase 100BV each month
2. Have one active person on left team with 100BV
3. One active person on right team with 100BV
Cycles are achieved when you accumulate 600BV on one team and 300BV on the other.
The BV used to cycle is deducted and the remainder is called holdover volume.
Cycles are calculated daily and paid weekly.
To become a Manager…
1. Have a consultant on your left team
2. Have a consultant on your right team
3. Both consultants have one associate on each of their teams.
If you can complete this in 30 days, you become a crystal manager and get a special bonus of $250.
Remember this statement “YOU plus 2 THEM plus 2”
If you achieve “YOU plus 2 THEM plus 2” three times then you become a director.
Basically, enrol 6 consultants and they enrol 2 associates each.
Complete this in your first 90 days then you become a crystal director and receive $750.
If you achieve “YOU plus 2 THEM plus 2” five times then you become Executive.
Complete this in your first 6 months then you become a crystal Executive and receive $1000.
4. Executive Matching Team Bonuses & Re-Entries
To become an Executive…
1. Have 5 personally sponsored Consultants on left team
2. Have 5 personally sponsored Consultants on right team
As an Executive, you receive an additional 10% matching Team Bonus.
You get the percentage from all of your personally enrolled consultants cycles.
You can earn up to 250 cycles per week from this.
When your teams are producing 200 cycles per week then you can apply for a re-entry
A re-entry is another position above your current one. This means that your business becomes just one of your legs.
Re-Entries are unlimited.
5. Incentives & Promotions
Double Product Introduction Bonuses(PIB).

IsaDerby is a team vs team competition. Teams are a maximum of 6 members.
Accumulate the most points and you win a holiday.
The prize this year is 4 nights in St Thomas. Including flights and accommodation.
After researching Isagenix, It seems like they have a great compensation plan.
I don’t want to build a list manually and I don’t want to tell my team to do that either.
It does become fairly obvious that you should aim to reach Executive position minimum as soon as possible.
How long it will take you to get there will depend on how good a marketer you are.
In order to get the large amount of people needed into your business, it will require some automation.
