Before I continue with this Vemma Compensation Plan post, please note that this isn’t a debate about whether Vemma is a scam/pyramid company. After reading this post you can decide for yourself.
Vemma has over 30,000 members. It is run by it’s Founder and CEO, BK Boreyko and operates in more than 50 countries.
To become an affiliate, you have to enrol and place an order for Vemma products that are worth at least 60 Qualifying Volume(QV) or points as they are normally called.
You are then given a marketing website to enrol affiliates, this website is identical for everyone so I suggest you purchase your own domain and create your own blog.
To qualify your business, you have to enrol two active affiliates, one will be placed on your Left team and the other on your Right team. Just like yourself, affiliate are classed as active when they purchase products worth 60 QV. Now, you are eligible to earn income.
The compensation plan states that you earn 50% of commissionable Volume(CV) weekly. I’m guessing that the QV and CV are not the same so it must mean that some money rolls upline.
Your monthly order will activate your affiliate account for four weeks plus one week grace period.
In order to receive the New Customer Bonus(NCB), you have to have the rank of Platinum or above. I will talk more about Platinum and the other ranks later but note your monthly purchase for platinum has to be 120QV which is double the monthly QV of a standard affiliate.
To fund the NCB, each first sale will contribute half of the order’s normal points. Not only do you have to purchase double the volume to get the NCB but, you have to fund the NCB too.
To qualify for the cycle commission you have to be an active affiliate with 120QV every month + 2 personally enrolled active affiliates 1 on each team.
At the end of each week, the Vemma computer system searches the downlines and when it finds 180 QV on one team and 360 QV on the other you are eligible to earn a Cycle Commission of *approximately $20 WOW!!!
*The total sales are divided by the amount of qualified cycles to determine the amount.

Sell one pack $10 New Customer Bonus(NCB) earned – 30 New Customer Bonus Points(NCBP) – 60 Subsequent Order Points(SOP).
Sell four pack $40 New Customer Bonus(NCB) earned – 120 New Customer Bonus Points(NCBP) – 240 Subsequent Order Points(SOP).
Sell ten pack $80 New Customer Bonus(NCB) earned – 240 New Customer Bonus Points(NCBP) – 420 Subsequent Order Points(SOP).
The NCB on the other products in the range is very similar.
I saw three affiliate packs listed, I assume that they have to be purchased before you can get commissions on sales of those products. At time of writing, I could find no evidence true or false.

There is a matching bonus of 10% if you have personally enrolled four active affiliates and have 120QV.
Second tier matching bonus of 10% if you have personally enrolled six active affiliates and have 120QV.
There is a Balanced Team Bonus(BTB) of 3% paid every four weeks
Above is the BTB for the rank of Bronze. As Bronze you have 500 QV consisting of Auto-Delivery, Customer, and/or Affiliate Pack orders. As Bronze you would receive BTB max payout of $100 per share
Silver Rank has 1 bronze on each team. As Silver you would receive BTB max payout of $200 per share
Gold Rank has 1 Silver on each team. As Gold you would receive BTB max payout of $300 per share
In order to rise through the ranks, you have to have a certain amount of cycles in a four week period.
Bronze is 1 cycle in a four week period
**Silver is 5 cycles in a four week period
Gold is 10 cycles in a four week period
Diamond is 20 cycles in a four week period
Platinum is 50 cycle in a four week period
Star Platinum is 75 cycles in a four week period
Executive is 100 cycles in a four week period
**Star Executive is 20 cycles in a four week period
***President is 250 cycle in a four week period
Star President is 375 cycle in a four week period
Ambassador is 500 cycle in a four week period
Star Ambassador is 1,000 cycle in a four week period
Star Royal Ambassador is 4,000 cycle in a four week period
***Pinnacle Leader is 6,000 cycle in a four week period
**One time rank advancement rewards are $100 up to $2,000 for ranks from Silver up to Star Executive.
***From $3,000 and $250,000 for ranks from Presidential up to Pinnacle leader.
PREMIER CAR CLUB
You must diamond rank, active and qualified at 120QV. Affiliates must have purchased an affiliate pack within the first 60 days of enrolment. The full car bonus ranges from $400 for diamond up to $2,500 for Pinnacle.
The rules on the car of choice is that it has to be valued at $30,000 or more, be new or used, no older than 3 years. Colour MUST be black, silver, white, orange or red exterior.
To qualify, you must have three new affiliates and/or customers who purchased a minimum 120QV within the same volume week they signed up. This bonus is up to $200.
To qualify, you must have three new affiliates and/or customers who purchased a $500 affiliate pack or more within the same volume week. This bonus will payout $400.
Maximum of 2 shares total of Frenzy and Double Frenzy in a single volume week.
Global Bonus Pool
This is paid out every 12 weeks and was designed to encourage team building.
If you business is inactive for twenty four weeks then it is terminated.
For three months of the year, a portion of your commissions will be donated to a charity by the company!
IF you ever get to the top three levels and earn maximum cycle level for four weeks. This what your commissions will be:-
Affiliate-Royal Ambassador – $25,000 per week/$1,300,00 per year
Star Royal Ambassador – $30,000 per week/$1,560,00 per year
Pinnacle Leader – $35,000 per week/$1,820,00 per year
Personally, there seems to be commissions all over the place and the qualification for each one is very very confusing which I think is done on purpose so you don’t actually know if you are supposed to get it or not.
I would be very surprised if anyone other than the owners of the company achieved any where near the three position mentioned above.
End of the day, what do I know, judge for yourself if everything about Vemma adds up.
